Recovery Act

The American Recovery and Reinvestment Act (ARRA) was signed into law on February 17, 2009. This Act provides $5 billion in additional funding to the Weatherization Assistance Program over three years.   With these funds, Grantees of the Weatherization Program faced great challenges to ramp up to meet the goals of the Obama administration and provide energy efficiency improvements to hundreds of thousands of low-income households.   Here you can find tools, templates, information and success stories from across the nation to help make your Recovery Act weatherization program a success.
