Weatherization Assistant Version 7.4
This is an older version of the Weatherization Assistant that is still used by a few states. It contains only NEAT and MHEA, and does not contain the optional administration features provided in Version 8. Most importantly, technical fixes and enhancements included in the later versions of the Weatherization Assistant are not provided in this older version of the software. See the
