Eligible homeowners in Santa Cruz County can find help weatherizing their homes through the Southeastern Arizona Community Action Program Inc. (SEACAP).
The program includes carbon monoxide testing, relief testing and blower door testing. “Depending on the results of these tests, we can replace appliances, seal the ducts and save the families money on their utility bills,” said Cecilia Brown of SEACAP.
Participants must be low-income, current with their property taxes, and new to the SEACAP weatherization program.
